I've said it before and I'll say it again. I only started seeing real results in my life when I committed to a strict weekly structure. The days included the usual (you know - working, sleeping, all that stuff) but the life-changing part was when I started scheduling time for what I call "Life Stabilizers". Once those stabilizers were in place, I could direct my energy away from soothing my mental pain and towards working on my relationships, career, sleep schedules and just about anywhere!

That said, it was hard to motivate myself to stick to the healing schedule routine until I could see clear results.
That's when I started using a mood tracker.
I committed to the schedule for 4 weeks and used the mood tracker to record how I felt at the beginning compared to the end.
And, guess what? the weeks that I stuck to the schedule I felt more in control of my life, more hopeful about the future, and more resilient to bounce back from the challenges that C-PTSD threw at me. And as always, because I want you to enjoy the same growth that I did, I'm sharing the tracker with you here to keep you motivated on your healing journey!
Print it off and use it once a month alongside the Healing Schedule and watch as you find it easier to accept your story, manage your feelings, build healthy relationships, and navigate recovery.
