When you are triggered it can be really hard to get out of your head, reassure yourself that you are safe, and have faith that the feelings you are experiencing will pass.
That is why I recommend the below resources so you can have video or audio when you need that extra help to ground yourself.
Personally, I use the Headspace app and type in “panic” or “anxiety” and there are really high-quality exercises for almost every scenario. I particularly love using the app before I go to sleep or if I just woke up from a nightmare. So, if you’re willing to spend a little extra money, definitely invest in that!
